Standard UK: £5.00 within 3 to 5 days (Royal Mail/ Business Post)
Next Day delivery: £ 7.95 *
Orders over £100: Free delivery within 3 to 5 days (U.K. only)
*Next day delivery orders are sent out by business post and require a signature so please use an address where there will be someone to sign for the package. Meritz does not take responsibility for delays once items have left our store.
If your goods are returned to us due to no one being available to receive the delivery we can arrange a redelivery according to our standard delivery charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled we cannot refund any delivery charges.
Returns
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but if you change your mind you can return your order within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Please email us within 7 days to obtain a returns form. Any unwanted items are returned at your own cost.
We recommend you return items by secure postage i.e. recorded or special delivery, as we will not be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Please note, the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
We will confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for this.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, unopened, with all tags and labels still attached and in a re-saleable condition.
Damaged/ Faulty goods
If you receive damaged/faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)
Please call us on 01243 539909 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a returns form and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
Faulty/ damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns form.
