Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver within 5 working days from accepting your order. Please ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels at cost. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct. Quicker, or prearranged time deliveries are possible at extra cost. Please ring or Email for details. If your order is likely to be over 14 days, we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date. Where your method of payment is by credit or debit card, the card holder address must be that to which the card is registered. Payment by credit or debit card will not be taken until the day of dispatch.Changes to delivery addresses after a package is despatched may result in an additional delivery charge being levied.We regret we are only able to supply to countries within the U.K., European Union and North America where credit card address verification can be made.

Cancellation

Any orders (except personalised or specially ordered non-stock items) may be cancelled before dispatch without cost and any pre-payments will be reimbursed.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt you may return the goods for a refund or exchange for any reason, providing they are returned complete as dispatched, including undamaged packaging, labels, instructions, etc. the goods are not used, and are in a re-saleable condition. Personalised or specially ordered items are not returnable unless faulty. We recommend that a service be used where proof of delivery is available and adequate insurance. We are sorry that the cost of post and packaging cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered. Please send your original receipt with the goods. Where our delivery cost is more than that charged, we reserve the right to deduct the difference from the refund.

Faulty Goods

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are guaranteed free from manufacturing faults or defects and provide reasonable durability for their designed purpose. If you think an item is faulty please contact the store for advice before returning the item. Your receipt must accompany returned goods.

Faulty items returned within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded, provided they are clean and don't show excessive wear. Your return postage will also be refunded. Faulty goods returned more than 30 days from receipt may be sent for repair, or replaced or refunded at the Managers discretion. Where a fault is not apparent, we reserve the right to send the item for testing before deciding on a course of action.
